My stay at the Ramada Luling was a mixed experience. The room was decent for the price we paid; it was clean and comfortable. However, my interaction with the staff left something to be desired, as the receptionist was quite rude. The location was convenient for my needs, being close to New Orleans, although the neighborhood wasn't the best. The dining options were subpar, with very limited choices for breakfast.

On the positive side, the service I received was excellent - although there was a discrepancy where points were promised but not given.

The hotel had some issues with mold on the ceiling and a dusty ice bucket, but it looked clean enough to sleep in. The major letdown was the lack of WIFI in the rooms, which was just as humid as my previous visit.
